Sed de Saber ESL Test
At our hotels, Park Plaza is currently testing Sed de Saber, a comprehensive English-as-a-second language program created by LeapFrog Enterprises for adult learners.
Short Stature Accessibility Kits
Participating Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts are testing in-room accessibility kits, helping guests with dwarfism and other physical limitations experience a safer stay. The kits - which are now available at owned and managed Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels & Resorts and Park Inn's in the Americas - include a stepstool, a reaching tool, a bar to lower the clothes rack in closets, and a device to retrofit the latch-hook lock on the door.

Training
Diversity training is conducted for all employees providing a forum for dialogue around the basic elements of diversity and inclusion. The training gives employees the tools to understand their role and to use a filter of inclusion in their everyday work. Training is an ongoing process.
